ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

The following Return Policy applies to online purchases made through www.shopflutter.com or any Sales Channels associated with Flutter such as social media platforms.

**Items purchased at a 40% off discount or higher are FINAL SALE! In addition, any End of Season Sale or discount codes using "EOS" are FINAL SALE. **

The return policy is for STORE CREDIT ONLY and all items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt AND enclosed Return Form COMPLETED. Items returned without the card completed will not be accepted.

Swimwear must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyways and returned in it's original condition, including tags and swim liners, for a return of store credit or exchange. Any item returned not meeting these conditions will automatically be shipped back to the costumer with no return granted.

Exchanges/Store Credits are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Items returned after 14 days will be assessed a 50% (fifty percent) restock fee. Items will not be accepted past 30 days from the shipped date, and will be considered a final sale.  Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).  All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless you received damaged, defected, or wrong item(s)).

You may bring your on-line purchases to the Flutter store for an exchange or store credit.  If you are mailing your return back, securely pack your merchandise and receipt/return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Mail your online returns to the following address:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited in store credit or in the form of a gift card, less any applicable re-stock fees.  Please know that if you are not exchanging the item for different product or sizes, you will receive STORE CREDIT or a GIFT CARD to be used at a later time.   

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), please notify us as soon as possible so we can advise you and resolve the issue.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

The in-store return policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY and items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached within 10 days.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 10 days for in-store purchases.  All sales are FINAL on swimwear.  If you purchased an item in the store and need to return the item, you can mail your return to the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will place a credit on your store account (first and last name).  No shipping charges will be credited.  We must receive your package within 10 days.  

Flutter Inc. reserves the right to inspect any returned items for damages and make judgments as whether the item(s) were worn, altered, and/or washed. We reserve the right to charge a restock fees for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.

 ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within days mentioned above.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you.
  • FINAL SALE items (anything over a 40% discount) are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website or in store.  
  •  Store Credit does not expire.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel you order completely, there will be a 10% restocking fee.    This fee will be 10% of the total purchase amount.  If you choose to cancel your order, but would like a gift card to use towards your next purchase, the restocking fee will be waived and a gift card will be emailed to you.   An order can only be canceled provided the products have not been shipped.    

SHIPPING:

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

 EXCLUSIONS, DISCOUNTS & PRICES:

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order in accordance with our Orders Page, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. This includes exclusions applied to discount codes and automatic discount rules. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our Website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.

ORDERS:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and we will cancel your order.

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
