Now Hiring: Sales Floor Associate

We’re looking for an energetic and positive employee to join the Flutter team!
A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers find and purchase merchandise on the sales floor. This position may be full or part time, hourly.

The Retail / Sales Associate will directly report to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager.


Responsibilities include:
● Opening and closing the store (Vacuuming / Sweeping / Closing/Opening the register)
● Steaming inventory
● Maintaining customer relations via the Flutter cell (client booking)
● Ringing up sales / working the register
● Preparing orders from the warehouse for in store pick up
● Restocking merchandise from back stock
● Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
● Understanding Flutter policies and guidelines and be able to articulate this to customers via phone and email.
● Exemplifying consistency, accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism
● Knowing Flutter product and be able to give customers extensive sizing and styling guidance

The ideal candidate:
● Is enthusiastic and excited to work with women’s fashion
● Experience in retail or sales is not necessary but preferred 
● Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
● Enjoys talking with customers and building long term relationships
● Enjoys personal shopping and styling
● Is available to work weekends 
● Is fully capable of standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
